Chief Financial Officer

Are you a CFO with experience reporting to shareholders and regulatory authorities seeking a fantastic opportunity to use your diverse skills and expertise?

Ideal Candidate

• A degree in Accounting or Finance. A qualified CPA/ICMA/ACCA/ACA preferred.
• Will have experience with full, hands on ownership of compliance and audits.
• Experience with Statutory Reporting and US GAAP.
• Must be able to work independently, identify problems and make recommendations as to the course of the organization.
• Tax knowledge is preferred.
• Investment and Internet experience an asset.

Assistant Accountant

The company currently wishes to recruit a key member of its Finance team.

Duties

• Running & reconciling Trial Balances
• Preparing year-end accounting adjustments
• Preparation of prime statements, portfolio statements & supporting notes

• Proofing of files with Publications

Content / Community Editor

Responsibilities

• Write Intrade-exclusive news stories by synthesizing breaking news with our market generated predictive data
• Develop, edit, upload new multimedia content from internal and/or external sources relevant to our market categories
• Moderate online community and monitor for insight into site user needs
• Collect and report web community usage statistics and trends

Requirements

• Degree or technical certification in journalism, communications or related field
